PESHAWAR: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor Iqbal Zafar Jhagra has stressed the need for a quality education system for national development.
He was addressing the awards distribution ceremony of National Research Programme for Universities here on Saturday.
Jhagra lauded the role of Higher Education Commission (HEC) in offering constructive forums of higher education to develop research and academic collaboration for inland and foreign universities.
The governor also gave away shields to the successful researchers.
